Italy: Muslim Center In Firebomb Attack

News from AKI reports that shortly after midnight in the early hours of this morning, a Muslim center at Segrate on the outskirts of Milan in northern Italy was subjected to a firebomb attack. The center issued a statement:

"Just after midnight an unidentified group carried out a clear terrorist attack in which a molotov cocktail was hurled at a car parked near the entrance of the Islamic Centre of Milan and Lombardy. When the imam emerged from the centre following the explosion, the group launched a second molotov cocktail towards the burning vehicle, in an apparent attempt to committ grievous bodily harm against the imam, who thank God, was not hurt."

The imam who witnessed the event was acting as a stand-in for the usual prayer leader, Ali Abu Shweima, who is currently on vacation.

This is apparently the latest in a series of attacks upon Islamic interests in Italy.

N.B.: We would like to remind our readers that Western Resistance has never, nor will it ever, support any acts of violence against Muslims or their places of worship. Such actions - as well as causing distress to fellow human beings - strengthen the argument that Muslims are victims and need special dispensations.
