Canada: Walid Shoebat Denied Entry
Walid Shoebat is a former PLO terrorist who had committed acts of Jihad against Israel. He turned his life around and now, at risk to his life, he publicly condemns Islamist and other anti-Semitic radicalism, and supports the rights of Israel to exist. He has apostasized from Islam, itself a crime worthy of death in many Muslims' eyes, and is now a Christian. He appears on TV without disguising his face, and openly condemns the anti-Semitism of his former compatriots of the Palestinian territories. He lives in the United States.

Now, according to World Net Daily, he has been barred from entering Canada to attend a conference at the Simon Weisenthal Center. He arrived at Toronto airport, carrying accreditation documents from US Homeland Security, but was detained for several hours before being made to fly home.
