Sowell: Where Is the West?
Dr. Sowell's article is fundamentally pessimistic; I'm too, when it comes to the near future. But it is our responsibility to fight to change the course of our civilization, so it can survive: Where Is the West?
European nations protesting Saddam Hussein's death sentence, as they protested against forcing secrets out of captured terrorists, should tell us all we need to know about the internal degeneration of western society, where so many confuse squeamishness with morality. Two generations of being insulated from the reality of the international jungle, of not having to defend their own survival because they have been living under the protection of the American nuclear umbrella, have allowed too many Europeans to grow soft and indulge themselves in illusions about brutal realities and dangers.
The very means of their salvation have been demonized for decades in anti-nuclear movements and protesters calling themselves "anti-war." But there is a huge difference between being anti-war in words and being anti-war in deeds.[...]

I know this is a little OT but Sir Henry Morgan has just published a statistical analysis of sex crimes in London Boroughs and how they correlate with the percentage of muslims living in the different boroughs, it makes very interesting reading. I suggest you take a look here is the link http://gandalf-reconquista.blogspot.com/

Don't worry - I am perfectly aware of Henry's article. I have a backlog of stuff I am working on, but in the next couple of days I will be discussing and linking to Henry's study. Promise!
Best Wishes

On the issue of porn links -
Unfortunately they come from the older days, when we allowed trackbacks. Even though we decided to ban trackbacks because of automated spams, they still keep coming in, and manage to appear on posts which were written before December last year.
It is a bind to delete them one by one, and Ruy Diaz has exhausted himself removing them, only to have them being replaced with new ones. I have tried to delete all trackbacks in blocks, to no avail.
All I can say is that I am sorry. They're not even fun porn sites. I don't want to look at old lady or rape sex sites. We hate them, but as they are placed automatically en masse, there is nothing we can do, and we can not be held responsible for their content.
