Media: Two Videos Expose The Real Agenda Of Islamism
I am still in a state of semi-shock after watching these two films, which I want to share with you. They are on different topics, but the messages they contain are ominous and worrying. They highlight in uncompromising terms the message we have been trying to convey, of the awful truths that lie at the heart of radical Islam, and the awful lies which are publicly pronounced by Islamism's apologists.
The first film is available via Google Video. It is called: "Obsession: What The War On Terror Is Really About". You will need ADSL to view it "live", but it can be downloaded for viewing, as long as also download the Google Video Player. Both the video and the download for the player can be obtained HERE.
"Obsession: What The War On Terror Is Really About" is an epic documentary, but very well-made, and paints a terrible picture on a broad canvas. It has commentators such as Daniel Pipes, Walid Shoebat and Nonie Darwish, whose father was a shahid or "martyr" for Islam. The message is clear, that most Muslims are peaceful, but as Pipes and Shoebat make plain, an estimate of those Muslims who can be classed as "Islamists" is anything between 10 to 15% of the Muslim population. With a population of 1.2 billion Muslims around the globe, those who support Islamic armed jihad are substantial in number.
"Obsession" comes with a viewer discretionary warning, as the "talking heads" are cleverly spliced between images of terror atrocities. It also shows media footage of preachers from Islamic TV stations in Palestine, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Iran, where singing children or savage preachers praise the war against the West, who call for the destruction of the West, who glorify death, war and the destruction of the basic values of the West, including its Judeo-Christian foundations.
It is long, lasting one hour and 13 minutes, and its message is totally true, and accurately portrayed. As Nonie Darwish states - we see many wars in the world involving Islamism, but in essence, all these separate wars are not separate. They are just different fronts in the same war - the war of radical Islam against the West. That war has already been declared, and it is being fought with passion throughout the globe. We ignore this truth at our peril.
The second video is from the BBC. It was broadcast tonight in Britain, on BBC1's Panorama slot. It too is eye-opening and deeply disturbing. It can be viewed by clicking HERE.
Called Faith, Hate and Charity it exposes the international web of deceit and subterfuge, in which the charity Interpal acts as a front for the terrorist group Hamas. It describes how it was deliberately set up to provide funds for anti-Israeli terrorism and jihad. From a meeting in 1993 in a Philadelphia hotel room, in which FBI performed surveillance on 10 members of a Muslim committee discussing their aims of financing Islamism through charities and front organisation, to Frankfurt, to the streets of Cricklewood in west London and the schools and orphanages in the West Bank, reporter John Ware documents the flow of money and the financing of terror.
Even the "legitimate" orphanages and schools funded by Interpal promote the "jihadi ethos". And in Gaza and Hebron, the recipients of these funds blatantly lie in front of the camera about their support for Hamas and jihad. Hamas is ideologically linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, whose spiritual leader is the Qatari-based sheikh Yusuf al Qaradawi, the doyen of Al Jazeera TV and friend of London's leftwing mayor, Ken Livingstone.
Mohammed Kassem Sawalha is a main player in the "charity" Interpal. He is also associated with the Muslim Association of Britain (MAB), which was founded in 1997. He has been named in a US court as a senior agent of Hamas. This documentary traces his involvement not only in Interpal, but also his links to Qaradawi and the Muslim Brotherhood. At the end of the video, John Ware shows how Sawalha organised the recent Islam Expo which entertained radicals and politicians, including as one its "guest speakers" the MAB supporter of Hamas suicide bombings, Azzam al Tamimi.
Mohammed Sawalha publicly arranged the Islam Expo as an exercise in "Da'wah" or Islamic missionary work. John Ware shows that the "mainstream front" of the Islam Expo, attended by Ken Livingstone and others, is just a vehicle of the Muslim Brotherhood, trying to firmly place itself within the "mainstream" of Islam in Britain.
I am currently recording the video in its entirety, and will be providing a full transcript in the next few days. But I advise you to watch this video. The BBC had moved its Panorama thread to the "graveyard slot" on Sunday evenings. It has recently announced that it will be shifting Panorama to a primetime slot on weekday schedules. If this documentary by John Ware is a sign of Panorama's future output, it is a positive sign.
And as a footnote, let us not forget that George Galloway, the carpet-bagging leftist politician George Galloway, donated his fee for appearing on Big Brother to Interpal.
