UK: Three Arrested Under Anti-Terror Laws
In a very brief statement, police announced that three men, aged 34, 39, and 42 were detained on suspicion of "the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism", states Reuters.
The three were arrested in the Worcestershire region of England, and their arrests are said to be unconnected with the suicide attacks on 7/7 on London Transport, nor the failed attempts a fortnight later.
The suspects are now being held in a central London police station where they are being questioned.
