Israel: Goods Purchased By Islamic Jihad Seized
The Israeli security and customs authorities have seized shipping containers as the Port of Ashdod, which contain tens of thousands of dollars' worth of goods, states Ynet News.
The reason for the confiscation is that the goods have been purchased by Fayez Abu Aker, a Palestinian businessman from the Gaza strip,known to have connections with terror groups. Israeli security officials believe that Islamic Jihad is engaged in deals which involve money-laundering to finance their terror activities.
