Afghanistan: Mullah Omar Calls for Jihad
The one-eyed Taliban ambassador for the "religion of peace" called yesterday for Holy War against the infidel, in an Eid ul-Fitr greeting. The hypocritical mullah, who banned pictures and paintings, yet adorned his compound walls with tacky prints, and used to wave a flea-infested dirty old coat above his followers for their wonderment, claiming it had been worn the prophet Mohammed, made the announcement prior to its being read out by Amirul Mominin.
He called from his hideout, somewhere along the mountainous Pakistan/Afhan border, for the Afghans to unite and fight the foreigners from their land, who were causing "slavery", states the Kuwaiti News Agency.
"Do not get disappointed and join the holy war against the invaders, the victory is near", he urged his followers. He said the wealthy should donate their wealth to the cause of Jihad, while the literate should use their pens to achieve the "holy goal."
