Israel: Two Islamists Killed by IDF Airstrike
An air-attack earlier today, inside the Jabaliyya Palestinian refugee camp in Gaza, killed two leading Islamic militants travelling in their car, and wounded 10 others, states the Pakistan Daily Star. The militants killed were Hassan al-Madhoun, an Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade commander, and Fawsi Abu Qarea, leader of Hamas' armed wing in the camp. Hamas officials said that Al-Qaera was an expert in rocket manufacturing.
On Monday night, according to Arutz Sheva, two bombs were thrown at Israelf Defense Force soldiers in Jenin. One IDF soldier was lightly wounded, and taken to hospital.
Operating on Monday/Tuesday night, IDF operatives arrested 20 suspected Islamist terrorists.
Ten members of Islamic Jihad were arrested in Kabatia, south of Jenin. Hamas operatives were taken in further operations in Jenin and Bethlehem district.
